I can barely believe I’m saying this but I’ve been invited overseas for the next 3-months to work with ​⁠Imogen Heap and her team on the ground at HABlab London and The Roundhouse Studio.

In addition to working on my own new music, I’ll be helping to tell the stories of the many “tech for good” projects her and her prolific team are developing that will shape a more equitable and tech-positive future for artists worldwide. I’ll be helping wherever I can editing live streams, filming, compiling her new @himgoneape improvisations she’s started on TikTok, lending my writing skills, and more.

I’ll be living in a space that’s part studio, part future-laboratory, part sanctuary for artists. I can’t wait to see what we get into and look forward to diving head first into the UK music scene. Imogen’s record Speak for Yourself inspired me to see a future for myself when circumstances made that seem impossible. Now, years later, in a time when hope once again feels far away, I know that if I keep fighting, nothing is impossible. The future can and will be bright.
